Makeup Love

I've been home all day with nothing to do. In order to curb my boredom, I grabbed a bunch of makeup and started painting my face. I had nothing in particular in mind, I just went along with my instinct and created this.

The products I used are:

Makeup Forever HD Foundation
Estee Lauder Futurist Foundation
Elizabeth Arden Eye Shadow Palette
Naked Palette
Naked2 Palette
Givenchy Magic Khol Eye Pencil
Benefit Erase Paste
Rimmel Scandal Eyes Mascara

I highly recommend the Estee Lauder Futurist Foundation. Although, I have heard it is being discontinued, which is a bummer because this product is fantastic! This foundation has a medium coverage and it is buildable to give more coverage. The finished result is a beautifully dewy finish. Although the finish is dewy, I feel it doesn't give you an appearance of any overtly OILY face- just a right amount of dewy.
If you have an oily skin or if you don't like dewy finishes, then this is definitely NOT the product for you.
I have to say though, I have quite oily skin and I have loved it applying this.

The Givenchy Magic Kohl Pencil has been in my makeup bag for the past few years. I first discovered it while I was in Sephora, and ever since then I have always been going back to get more.
What I love the most about this pencil is that if you like to line your waterline, this is fantastic. It doesn't smudge, lines easily and is easy to blend on the lids. Throughout the day, the color does fade, but it is one of the strongest liners out there.
The only con I feel this product has is its price. It retails for about $22.50. Which is a lot, considering you're only paying for a pencil. But this pencil has been a loyal liner to me for years, I do recommend it BUT if you are tight on budget there are very good kohl liners on the market for less than half the price available!
