I'm back!

First and foremost I'd like to apologize for neglecting my blog the past month or so. I have been extremely busy with some other stuff.

After spending almost 3 months in Pakistan, I'm back in Dubai. What's the first thing I did when I came back? Shop, obviously.

Here are some of the things I purchased, a mini haul if you'd like to call it!

Things I Purchased:

Mane 'n Tail Shampoo and Conditioner with Olive Oil Complex:

I have not yet used these so I can not comment on how good/bad it is.
The bottle claims that it strengthens, nourishes and reduces breakage.
Once I use this a few times I will be sure to let you all know what I feel about it.

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer:

SPF 20
Oil Free
In the color "Nude"
It claims that it is perfect for all skin types: protects from harmful and damaging rays of the sun and the formula helps to control oil breakthrough while providing hydration to prevent dryness.

I am a huge Laura Mercier fan. I have 4 different shades in this tinted moisturizer. I feel that it does an adequate job giving you a glowing finish. It goes on really sheer but if you apply a couple of more coats it gives you more coverage.
Although I love this product, I have to say if you have oily skin, I do not think this product is right for you as it can leave a very shiny effect on your face. I kind of like that shine but I do know not everyone does.
If you use translucent powder afterwards it could minimize the shine factor.

Sensual - black currant, vanilla Body Lotion

This lovely scented lotion comes in a glass bottle. As lovely as the packaging is I feel it is not very practical. I am a clumsy person, and I have already dropped this bottle a couple of times. So if you are not very careful you could easily break this bottle and end up with a mess.
The bottle says that the Black Currant Absolute inspires heightened sensuality while Vanilla Absolute is soothing.
This is not tested on animals and is fragranced with essential oils and other natural fragrances. Natural ingredients may cause color variations.
I cannot begin to tell you how lovely this lotion smells and after application how soft and smooth it makes your skin feel.
I am a sucker for beautiful packaging and this one has definitely hooked me!
Do give it a try.

YSL Parisienne:

This is the first time I have purchased this perfume but I have had my eyes on it for a while.
It smells very fresh and floral.
It has notes of blackberry, damask rose, and sandalwood.
This scent is for all age types I feel. For youngsters it is not very overpowering like other smells can be like the Chanel No. 5.

Narciso Rodriguez For Her:

What can I say about this heavenly scent? This is my 4th bottle. I wish I could bathe in this- that's how beautiful I think it is.
It has notes of rose petals, iris, and hints of amber. It is very flowery and powdery. I do think it is for women who are a bit older though. It's not very light, and on youngsters it could seem a bit over powering. And the staying power- wow. This scent literally lasts days on clothes. I am the type that spritz' perfume from head to toe and this one can last.
Definitely a must have!
