Summer Vacation: Belgium, France, Netherlands

About half a year ago, my cousin and I were talking randomly one night about wanting to go on a holiday. The topic of Europe came up, and we decided this had to happen - our first holiday together.
When my cousin who lives in France found out, he was so thrilled, he literally asked me everyday about my plans till the day I got on the plane bound for Netherlands!

The hectic planning of making sure everyones' schedules matched, which countries to visit and finally buying the tickets - the ordeal seemed impossible, but it worked out in the end.

I left Islamabad, landed in Abu Dhabi for one night, and the morning after I flew to the Netherlands. My cousin picked me up from Schiphol Airport and we drove straight to The Hague (Den Haag). After greeting my uncle and aunt, and freshening up we walked around town till late.

My other cousin surprised me and came all the way from Paris to The Hague. I found that to be the loveliest surprise as I hadn't seen him in a couple of years!

The next day we drove to Antwerp, spent a couple of hours there and then the three of of us took the train to Brussels. We spent one night there and the next day we were off to Paris!

Let's be real, there is no place like Paris. We spent a couple of days there and then were back in Netherlands. My cousin left a week into the trip back home, so it was me and my Parisian cousin who spent the rest of the time together. I also went to Bruges, Belgium, beautiful city but extremely quiet. I loved the Air B&B home we stayed in...it was a scene right out of the 1800's!

Hope you guys enjoy the pictures!
